The Lakeshore Wine Route / Fab 5 tour is for Kelowna winery tour adventurers looking to live their best #okanaganlifestyle / #viticulture in the city dream. The wineries in Kelowna are quite diverse, all things considered. Kelowna is home to Cedar Creek and Summerhill Pyramid winery, 2 of the largest producers by volume in the valley coming in between 70,000 to 90,000 cases per year. At the same time, the likes of Priest Creek and Kitsch have some of the lowest production volumes being between 2,000 to 3,000 cases. These Kelowna wine tours will highlight everything the Sip South East Kelowna collective has to offer.
Fun Fact: The first wine grapes were planted in Kelowna by Father Charles Pandosy, who was an Oblate priest in 1859! The wine quality paled in comparison to what is available in the Okanagan today. It was primarily produced as sacramental wine for use in the church. Adventure Awaits! #adatwithdot
