Big White Grocery Delivery and Pre-Orders | Save Time – Save Money

If you are travelling to Big White on the public shuttle and want groceries delivered to your door, or you are a guest on our Private Big White Ski Shuttle and would like to pre-order your supplies, please fill out the form below. This will inform all parties involved that you are requesting a delivery or you intend on pre-ordering your groceries. If you are not travelling with us and would like more information about our service, please click on the button below.

Please ensure you make the right selection below:

1) Please select "I would like to pre order my groceries" if you are using Discover Okanagan Tours as your transportation provider from the Kelowna Airport to the resort, and would like to order your groceries ahead of time.
2) Please select "I would like my groceries delivered to my door ($75 delivery Fee)" if you are travelling to the resort with another transportation provider such as the Big White Public Shuttle, or you are on an extended ski holiday and require additional groceries delivered to your accommodation. Please also be sure to select delivery on the IGA website along with your accommodation address.

For our International Guests:

For our international guests, when you order on the IGA website, please enter the last 10 digits of your phone number in the allotted section, and please place your full International phone number in the comments section when placing your order.

Please provide us with any additional information we may need for your order. For example, for deliveries if you can please provide us with your Building code, door code, etc. then we can putr your groceries away for you if you are delayed or out skiing.

When placing a delivery, please choose delivery on the IGA website as your first step.

Please enter your accommodation address, then select "Get Delivery".

Please Note for Deliveries: we will try our best to fulfill your requested delivery time, however it may not be available. A company representative will contact you with alternatives if required.

Please use the following steps to place your order, please read through them before proceeding:
1. Click on the "I'm Ready to place my order with IGA" button below.
2. Click "Register for an Account". For our international guests, when you order on the IGA website, please enter the last 10 digits of your phone number in the allotted section, and please place your full International phone number in the comments section when placing your order. If this does not work, please enter a random number that starts with the area code of (250), for example, (250) 987-6543.
3. a) For guests pre ordering groceries: Choose Pick up, and be sure to select IGA- Kelowna-Rutland as your store, and choose a time that is available for that day. Once you submit this form, both the IGA and Discover Okanagan Tours receive emails letting us know your intentions so we will know to watch for your order.
3. b) For guests requiring delivery, select delivery, and enter your accommodation address.
4. Shop for your groceries, we suggest shopping by category.
5. After you complete your list, check out of your shopping cart.
Photo ID is required to receive your order. Please note that the name of the person receiving the order must match the name of the person who placed the order.
Your guide will have your supplies waiting for you for your arrival at Kelowna International Airport.
