This
general policy applies to private tour bookings for
groups or individuals who are NOT planning to join other
groups or individuals on their Okanagan Wine Tour. For
our public and daily Wine Tour Booking and Cancellation
Policies, please click here.
Please note that wineries often invite others to join
their group facility tours. Please let us know if you
wish for your entire Wine Tour to be private.
Booking
A credit card is required to secure your
booking. We will need an estimated number of guests
in order to begin planning your Wine Tour.
Deposit
A deposit of $500.00 is required within 7 days of
booking your Okanagan Wine Tour. This deposit is non-refundable.
($200.00 for groups of <10)
Group Size
1. Final numbers, plus or minus 20%, is required 30
days prior to your Tour. Please note, we cannot guarantee
availability for additional guests over and above your
estimated group size.
2. The final number is required 7 days prior to your
Tour.
Payment
1. Balance will be due 30 days prior to your Tour.
This balance will be based on your estimated number
of attendees.
2. Adjustments within 20% of your estimate can be made
up to 7 days prior to our Tour.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted or please make your
cheque payable to Discover Okanagan Tours.
Cancellation
Deposit is non-refundable. Booking may be cancelled
up to 30 days prior to your Wine Tour. Within 30 days
of your Tour, refunds are limited to 20% of total bill.
Within 7 days of your Tour, no cancellation or refunds
are accepted.
Important
Please do not hesitate to contact
us with any questions or concerns. Our success is
based on our very favorable relationships with our local
partners. As such we endeavor to follow our cancellation
policies carefully, however we will always do our best
to accommodate our clients' circumstances. Our policies
are written as guideline and shall never take the place
of common sense!
