How to book your shuttle:
Step 1.
Click on the button to the right to let us know a few
things about you and your travel plans.
Step 2.
We'll email you our booking form to complete.
Step 3.
Once you send us the completed form, we'll send you
a confirmation of your booking.
Next time you see us will be in the arrivals area at
the Kelowna Airport. Look for our driver with a sign
bearing your name!
Payment and Cancellation Policy
for Shuttle Services:
- a credit card is required a
the time of booking to secure
- credit card will be charged
30 days prior to arrival
- upon receipt of notice of cancellation,
the balance of your trip fee will be refunded according
to the following schedule:
- 30 days or more prior to
your arrival, full refund.
- between 7 and 30 days prior
to your arrival, full refund less 10% of Total
Price
- within 7 days, no refund.

to get you there on time, however we will not be held
responsible for delays due to circumstances such as
bad weather, accidents, road closures etc.
