Personalized van shuttles from the Kelowna Airport to your Apex on-mountain accommodations. All ski shuttles are customized to fit YOUR schedule and include a meet-and-greet at the airport, a stop in Kelowna or Penticton for liquor and groceries (approx 1 hour), drop off right at your new front door at Apex, and a return trip to the Kelwona airport to meet YOUR flight home.

How to book your shuttle:

Step 1. Click on the button to the right to let us know a few things about you and your travel plans.
Step 2. We'll send you a short booking form to complete.
Step 3. Once you send us the completed form, we'll send you a confirmation of your booking.

Next time you see us will be in the arrivals area at the Kelowna Airport. Look for our driver with a sign bearing your name!

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• a credit card is required a the time of booking to secure
• credit card will be charged 30 days prior to arrival
• upon receipt of notice of cancellation, the balance of your trip fee will be refunded according to the following schedule:
  1. 30 days or more prior to your arrival, full refund.
  2. between 7 and 30 days prior to your arrival, full refund less 10% of Total Price
  3. within 7 days, no refund.
